Courtier Inarrêtable: its own brand, on a proven funnel type

Utilmo + AI + Mackay Academy, with François Mackay as the face. French first, then English. The funnel flow was inspired by his Self-Listing funnel. Terms are still being negotiated, so treat all of this as a proposal.

What’s different in this version

This is a separate product launch, so it gets a new take: its own look and its own words, on a funnel type that’s already well built.

  1. 1
    Its own brand

Vermilion, ink and cream in flat blocks, wide Archivo headlines with a serif accent, and the chevron from our logo used large. Nothing here borrows the Mackay Academy look.

  2. 2
    A proven flow

The order was inspired by François’s Self-Listing funnel: registration page, thank-you page with 3 steps, replay, then the sales page. All the working logic stays: the form, the date states, the quiz, the 2 step signup.

  3. 3
    Fresh copy

Rewritten in Quebec French around one specific moment: the owner who writes at 9:04 p.m.

  4. 4
The product is shown, not described

Built product screens (CRM, text thread, Centris site) with example data labeled as such, an AI conversation that plays out on screen, and testimonials that open like Stories. The conversation is still a promise until William’s demo.

  5. 5
    Stricter on claims

His “55 sales”, “$216K”, “$1.6M”, “9 out of 10”, “+90 brokers” and star ratings are out, because they conflict with the videos or can’t be backed up. Only what the four people say on camera stays, with the disclosure beside it.

The four funnels

Everything is clickable on desktop and mobile. Forms send nothing, and there is no real payment step. Each image links to its page.

The class registration page on a phone

Funnel A

Live class

The launch event, for a warm audience: Frank’s followers and his lists.

  1. Someone sees a post or an ad and lands on the free class page.
  2. The button opens a short form, shaped like a ticket: first name, email, optional cellphone. The consent box starts unchecked.
  3. The form leads to the thank-you page and its 3 steps: find the ticket by email, listen to a short video from Frank, join the private WhatsApp group.
  4. They get reminders, then attend live, with the AI demo and the offer at the end.
  5. Anyone who misses it gets the replay page, which leads to the sales page until February 2.
The sales page on a phone

Funnel B

Sales page

Where buyers convert, during the launch and after it. Written for established brokers.

  1. A broker arrives from the class, the replay or a retargeting ad.
  2. They read a long page: the problem, built product screens, testimonial videos with the disclosure beside them, the price, the guarantee and the FAQ.
  3. The button goes to a 2 step signup. There are no card fields, and nothing is sent.
  4. They land on the onboarding page, with one thing left to do: book the kickoff call.
The Score Inarrêtable quiz on a phone

Funnel C

Score Inarrêtable

The lead magnet for cold traffic. It builds the list, then keeps running.

  1. An ad brings a broker who doesn’t know Frank to the quiz.
  2. They answer 8 questions, one per screen, one tap each.
  3. They see their score right away, with no email required, and their biggest leak.
  4. The score invites them to the live class, which joins Funnel A.
The new broker page on a phone

Funnel D

New brokers

Same product and price, for newly licensed brokers and students starting their business. The plan calls this Starter Pack IA; the buyer page doesn’t use that name.

  1. An ad brings them to their own page, with its own message.
  2. That page invites them to the same free class, through the same form.
  3. They reach the same thank-you page, and from there they follow Funnel A.

What’s still a proposal

The offer and price, Utilmo’s features, the Academy’s content, the testimonial videos and François’s history and photos come from real sources. These don’t, yet.

The AI conversation
It’s what we’d be promising, and it stays a promise until William’s live demo in Quebec French.
The class date
Tuesday, January 26, 2027, at noon, Montréal time.
The February 2 closing date
The replay and the cart both close at 11:59 p.m. that night.
The 50 places
A proposed cohort size. The final cap should come from measured pilot install times.
The 120 day guarantee
Conditional, on the same conditions as the Academy’s terms.
The $99 renewal
Utilmo lists $129.99 a month with a website and $79.99 for CRM only, before AI, so $99 may lose money.
The French course
The Academy’s terms say English only, so a French version still has to be produced.
The data wall
Broker data stays with a separate company, written into the contract.

Also before anything goes live

  • His testimonials need written OK

From all four people in the videos: Valérie, Mélodie, Mona and Patrick. Some of the funnel’s figures also need verifying, because they differ from what people say on camera.

  • Proposal tags only show in Notes mode

By default the pages look finished. Switch on Notes in the small pill at the bottom right of any funnel page, or the slim tab on the left edge on phones and laptops, to see every tag and my notes.
